I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Nashville, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were in need of updating and felt a bit cramped. Overall, it's decent value for money, but be prepared for some quirks.

The service was fantastic! The staff were friendly, cheerful, and eager to help with any requests we had. They made great recommendations and were truly accommodating.

The hotel is in a great spot; we could easily walk downtown and access all the attractions we wanted. It was convenient for grabbing a bite to eat nearby.
