I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Nashville, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were in need of updating and felt a bit cramped. Overall, it's decent value for money, but be prepared for some quirks.

The rooms were a bit cramped and definitely need updating, which was a bit surprising. I wasn't expecting the motel-style setup, and it felt a bit odd with the exterior entry.

The service was fantastic! The staff were friendly, cheerful, and eager to help with any requests we had. They made great recommendations and were truly accommodating.

The hotel is in a great spot; we could easily walk downtown and access all the attractions we wanted. It was convenient for grabbing a bite to eat nearby.

Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't a fan of the powdered eggs. They did have a lovely pancake machine, though, which was a nice touch.
